Long Hill, in Beverly, welcomes Members and friends to its transformed gardens and historic house in the coming weeks. Discover a bucolic new garden room designed by Julie Moir Messervy, which draws inspiration from the property’s house and heritage gardens. Tour the house, which will be open to the public for the first time, and appreciate the recently restored Chinese wallpaper and architectural details.
Long Hill’s gardens originally included expansive views from its hilltop settings, and rediscovery of those views has been a focal point in the transformation of the gardens. The new garden at Long Hill will celebrate history and horticulture while continuing to welcome today’s North Shore community.
