Trustees’ Winterlights is back this year in Massachusetts – now extended to January 17!

Two of our beautiful garden properties sparkle with thousands of shimmering, artfully designed holiday lights. Bring the whole family for a magical, fun, and safe outdoor experience – with food, refreshments, and more.

Three cheers for our Winterlights being in USA TODAY’s top 10 Public Holiday Light Displays in the country! Thank you to everyone who voted for us, we’re so proud.

Due to demand and in order to keep each night small and safe, we have added more dates to our Winterlights holiday experience through January 17! Tickets for the new dates are available now, but due to COVID19 safety measures, they are limited, so act now to get yours!

How many tickets can I purchase at once? Individual Members can purchase up to 2 tickets per transaction at the Member rate; Family Members and above may purchase up to 6 tickets per transaction at the Member rate. To purchase more than the limit, customers may make two transactions.

What happens if I show up early or late for my entry time? Due to COVID-19 restrictions regarding capacity of guests allowed per hour, we will not be able to accommodate late/early arrivals. Please arrive at your designated time and limit your stay to one hour.

Can I change my date or time? At this time, we are unable to accommodate date or time changes. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is the weather policy? Unsafe or extreme weather will cancel this event. In the event we have to cancel due to weather, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date to return to the show.

Where is the parking for this event? Parking will be on-site at Naumkeag (no shuttle bus this year).

Can I walk through the show more than once? No, in order to keep in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions regarding capacity you will only be allowed to walk through the show once during your one hour window presented to you when you purchase your ticket.

Can I stay longer than my 1 hour window? We ask that you please limit your stay to one hour in order to accommodate other guests that are arriving during their assigned time slot.

Is the site handicapped or stroller accessible? Unfortunately, Winterlights is not handicapped or stroller accessible due to the nature of the trail including several sets of stairs and uneven terrain.

Do children under 2 need a ticket? No, children under 2 are free.

Are dogs allowed at Winterlights? No, in order to protect our gardens dogs are not allowed on the property at any time.

Is the interior of the property open to the public during the show? Unfortunately it is not open; the house is closed for the season.

Can I bring my own food or drink? At this time, outside food and beverages are not allowed. Concessions will be sold on-site.

What should I wear? The event will take place outdoors. Please be prepared to walk through unpaved pathways on uneven terrain through the woods and gardens. Trails may be muddy or icy at times, winter boots are recommended. Dress appropriately for the weather that day. And don’t forget your mask!
