Located just 20 miles from Boston, deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum showcases constantly changing landscape of large-scale, outdoor, modern and contemporary sculpture and site-specific installations of more than 60 works. The museum also features a robust slate of rotating exhibitions and innovative interpretive programming in its indoor galleries.

After checking in, start in the Museum, taking in the rotating exhibitions.

Currently on view is New Formations, Carolina Caycedo: Apariciones/Apparitions, and Downstream. 

While in the Museum, don’t miss our two hands on learning spaces, designed to engage all ages.

Ready for lunch? The Twisted Tree Café next to the parking lot serves pastries, drinks, and a selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches Wednesday-Sunday. We recommend the avocado toast or a hearty kale Caesar. Enjoy lunch in our café courtyard or pack a picnic and spread out amongst the grounds.

After lunch peruse the rotating slate of 60 sculptures throughout the Park.  Some of our favorites include Two Big Black Hearts, Rain Gates, and Watershed.  Don’t miss our newest installation, Jungle Prosthetics Enchanted Forest, on view in The Grove.

The unique juxtaposition of art and nature continues throughout the Park with almost 30 acres of gardens, lawns, and trails.  You can also access local conservation trails that wind throughout the woods around around Flint’s Pond,  from our parking lot, if you are looking to extend your time in nature.
