Long Hill in Beverly is very excited to announce a special new event, Halloween on the Hill! Explore our beautiful property as we transform Long Hill into a celebration of autumn and the Halloween season. Join us outdoors at Fruitlands for a unique trick-or-treat experience!

Celebrate Halloween at deCordova Sculpture Park! Watch the moon travel across the sky as you and your family complete a series of ghoulish activities, all inspired by mysterious artworks. It’s a Halloween tradition that can’t be missed at Bird Park! Carvers and decorators of all ages are welcome to submit a pumpkin to the park’s annual pumpkin carving & decorating contest. Pumpkins are judged in four different categories — “Most Creative,” “Scariest,” “Most Traditional,” and “Funniest.” Winners are announced that evening and receive bragging rights! Also, the popular, pumpkin-lit Nocturnal Trail is back! On this Halloween adventure, families with little ones are invited to walk a short trail through the woods dotted with fun facts about the nocturnal animals found in the park. Children and their caregivers are invited to visit Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens for a Nocturnal Trail magical treat!
This year’s Nocturnal Animal Trail will feature pumpkins and lanterns, a story walk, and a nocturnal animal scavenger hunt for the enjoyment of your little nighttime explorers along a safe and socially distant trail. It’s Halloween at Weir River Farm! Did you know barnyard animals love Halloween too? Join us at Powisset Farm for this special children’s Halloween Trick or Treat event in the Powisset Barnyard. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes, march in a costume parade around the farm (great photo/Instagram opportunity!), and share their festive looks with the goats, sheep, rabbits, chickens, and pigs. Bring a bag to collect treats from our barnyard friends, participate in a special Halloween craft, show off your costume in our parade, find all our hidden pumpkins on our pumpkin scavenger hunt, and play pumpkin bowling!
