Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Parking & Arrivals

Where are the buttons to select my parking zone? To streamline your purchase, all available parking zones now appear after selecting your day and time slot through the single ticketing link. Choose your preferred zone or swap your day and time slot until your preferred zone appears.

What are the different parking zones? Parking Zone A is located in Downtown Stockbridge and Town Hall. Parking Zone B is The Playhouse Theater in Stockbridge. Parking Zone C is the Pine Street Parking Lot at Marian Fathers. Please select one of the available parking zones when you have chosen your day and time slot during the ticket purchasing process. More information about your selected parking zone will be shared prior to your ticket date.

Why are there different parking zones? Parking is off-site to provide access for more guests. Select another day/time if your preferred parking zone does not appear when purchasing tickets.

How do the parking zones work? Each zone will have a staff member check you in and a shuttle pickup every 5-10 minutes from 5-8PM. The last return shuttle will depart Naumkeag at 9PM when the property closes.

Can I drop people off at Naumkeag’s Main Gate? No, except for ticket holders to Early Hours, all Naumkeag guests are required to take a shuttle bus to the property, which can be picked up at your designated parking zone check-in location.

Ticketing & Admissions

What are the new Value Nights? Wednesdays and Thursdays through October 22 plus Friday, October 2 and Sunday, October 4 are Value Nights, offering discounted ticket pricing for adults 16 and older. Your ticket price will automatically be adjusted if you select one of these nights during the purchasing process.

What are Family Value Nights? Wednesdays and Thursdays through October 15 are also Family Value Nights, offering free tickets for all children 15 and under. Your ticket price will automatically be adjusted if you select one of these nights during the purchasing process.

What is the difference between the Early Hour offerings? Ticketholders to the 4-5PM Early Hour overlap with both daylight and evening hours, allowing you to enjoy the transition from day to night. In contrast, the two daytime slots of 12PM and 2PM on select Saturdays and Sundays let you enjoy the show and the garden’s beauty at a slower pace in the sunlight.

Can I change my date or time? We cannot accommodate date or time changes. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable across dates.

What happens if I show up early or late for my entry time? Please check in within 15 minutes of your designated time slot. Early/Late arrivals may need to wait to accommodate those with correctly timed tickets.

What is the weather policy? The show will occur rain or shine. Only unsafe or extreme weather may cancel that day’s event. You will be notified by email and receive further refund information if a weather cancellation is necessary.

Do you offer group bookings? Groups larger than 10 guests, please contact Fiona at FKerr@TheTrustees.org for group booking details.
