About Castle Hill Tour: Grand Stairs to Back Stairs

Do you want to see the whole house? Are you up for a deep dive into life with the Crane family and their servants? Are you curious about how the various elements of the Great House worked together? This extended tour will take you from the luxurious living quarters to the grimy back corners of the basement to the spectacular views from the rooftop. This tour is for people who want it all in one day!

This tour runs approximately 3 hours and includes a light snack.

This tour is recommended for adults and families with children aged 10 and up. For their own safety and the safety of the museum, any children under the age of 2 must be carried by an adult for the duration of the tour. Tickets can be purchased in advance, or first-come-first-served on property. 

Accessibility: This tour utilizes several staircases and is not accessible to those with mobility issues. We’re sorry, there is no elevator. Headset amplifier available upon request.
