Unplug for a few hours and take a rejuvenating stroll through the forest with us. This is a gentle and mindful outdoor experience that will allow you to connect deeply to the healing powers of nature.
You will saunter along woodland trails, immersing yourself in the sights and sounds all around you. Through bird and tree identification as well as wildlife tracking, you can begin to know our natural world more intimately. Improve your wellbeing with guided meditation, gentle movements and breathing exercises. This practice has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and help restore a sense of balance.
This experience is led by Ami Jean Aubin, Director of Education and Wellness at Adventure East, founder of the Nature Medicine Foundation, and a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Leader.
