About Beach Plum Pruning at City Natives

Preparing for summer’s abundance starts now with fruit tree pruning! Join Urban Grower Lacey for a pruning demonstration on our City Natives beach plums. Participants can take home beach plum cuttings to try their hand at propagation.

City Natives Plant Nursery is located at 30 Edgewater Dr. in Mattapan, a short walk from the Mattapan center bus and trolley stop. Street parking is also available. This workshop will take place during our weekly free food distrubution initiative hosted by PanLyfe. Participants are invited to walk the grounds of the nursery before or after the workshop.
