About Winter Wreath Making on the Farm

Get into the Holiday Spirit at Our Hands-On Wreath-Making Workshop!

Join us for a festive and creative workshop where you’ll learn how to craft your very own holiday wreath.

We’ll begin with a brief tutorial covering a variety of wreath-making techniques — from building a sturdy base using grapevine to artfully layering and arranging foraged evergreens. After that, it’s your turn to dive in and start creating!

What’s Included:

• A wreath base (choose from metal or grapevine)

• A selection of fresh evergreens

• Wire and all decorative materials

• Instruction and guidance throughout the process

Working with evergreens can be a bit prickly, so we recommend bringing a pair of gardening gloves.

This class is perfect for beginners and experienced crafters alike, and is recommended for ages 10 and up. Coffee and snacks will be provided.

Pre-registration is required for all Farm Institute. Program Refunds/Cancellations: In the event that a program is cancelled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact lbrown@thetrustees.org at least 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund or transfer to another date/class. Refunds and/or class transfers will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. There are no refunds for missed classes.
