Fall Foliage Hike

About Sensory-Friendly Autumn Exploration

Fall has come to the farm!

The crop harvest is winding down and Farmer Tim’s crew is getting ready for winter — how are nature’s wild animals getting ready for the cold weather? Join us on this family hike around the farm fields to learn how wild animals big and small spend the fall getting ready for winter.

This program offers a reduced number of guests and a quieter sensory-friendly environment. Any family that would benefit from a limited capacity visit is welcome. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Stacie at skorroch@thetrustees.org.

Resources available for your visit include a limited number of special sensory kits. We strongly encourage participants to bring anything they expect to need.

Please note, although we love our four-legged friends, dogs are not allowed at this program.
