Tour Information

Reservations are required for groups of 8 or more in order for our visitor services and security staff to prepare accordingly. Please submit your request at least three weeks in advance and several months ahead during the busy spring and fall seasons.

Group Visit Fees

Group visit fees apply to groups of 8 or more. All groups of 8 or more are required to make a reservation in advance by completing a Visit Request Form. Your visit will be confirmed when you receive a confirmation letter with accompanying invoice, visit guidelines, and directions. Payment is required in advance. A single payment in full for the entire group may be made by MC/Visa/AMEX credit card. Library passes, corporate passes, or guest passes are not eligible for group visit payment.

Adult and College Self-Guided Group Visit Fees

  • Adult – $12
  • Senior (60+) – $10
  • Students (w/Valid ID) – $10
  • Children 12 and younger – Free

Trustees Members are always FREE for self-guided visits!

School and Youth (PreK-12) Group Visit Fees

  • 5-11 students – $60 (including one chaperone)
  • 10-20 students – $120 (including two chaperones)
  • 21-40 students – $240 (including four chaperones)
  • 41-60 students – $480 (including six chaperones)
  • 61-80 students – $660 (including eight chaperones)
  • 81-100 students – $840 (including ten chaperones)
  • Additional Teachers/Chaperones – $12/person

Schools with 40% of students qualifying for free or subsidized meals receive 50% off for both students and chaperones.

  • Up to 15 people – $20/group
  • Up to 30 people – $40/group
  • Each additional person – $8/person
