About Growing Together: Natural Holiday Gifts from the Garden

Turn the garden’s bounty into thoughtful, handmade gifts for the holiday season. This hands-on workshop explores creative ways to use dried herbs, flowers, seeds, and other garden-grown materials to make simple, beautiful gifts such as garden-inspired sugar scrubs, botanical sachets, infused salts, tea mixes, and natural decorations. Participants will leave with inspiration and handmade creations to share with family and friends.

Growing Together is a new hands-on gardening series created in collaboration with Arianna Iappini of Birch Arbor Gardens. Designed for gardeners of all experience levels, this series invites participants to learn, connect, and cultivate alongside one another through the seasons. Each session blends practical instruction with thoughtful conversation, exploring sustainable gardening practices, seasonal rhythms, and the deeper relationships between plants, place, and people. Rooted in community and shared knowledge, Growing Together offers a welcoming space to grow skills, confidence, and connection in the historic gardens.
