Welcome LGBTQIA+ community members and allies! Enjoy the beauty of a summer evening at World’s End on this 90–120 minute sunset hike. As we explore rolling meadows, shaded woodlands, and sweeping coastal vistas, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with community while celebrating the many ways people and nature thrive in diversity.
Along the way, we’ll pause at a few points to talk about plant and animal species in Massachusetts and beyond whose lives challenge conventional ideas about sex, gender, and family structure. Through these stories, we recognize that diversity is not an exception in nature, but a defining feature. As we reflect on the many ways life resists simple categorization, we’ll celebrate queerness as a natural, resilient, and essential expression of the life on Earth.
Pre-registration is required. The adult-only hike will take approximately 90-120 minutes. Please note that the route is subject to change.
