Throughout the Sculpture Park you’ll find many hidden faces and abstracted human forms nestled within the landscape. Inspired by the interactions between these man-made figures and the natural world, we’ll be using air-dry clay to create our own planters in the shape of a human head, blending material, form, and flora!
This beginner friendly workshop will go over basic hand-building techniques needed for the project as well as time to create your own planter! All skill levels are welcome!
All materials for this project, including tea for sipping, will be provided. Advanced registration is required.
Tickets to this workshop include Museum admission for the day.
