Member Discount Appleton Farms is part of The Trustees, a member-supported, nonprofit organization. Our Family Members receive a generous $100 discount for each camper for each week of camp – plus admission, discounts, and other benefits for your entire family at our 120+ properties across Massachusetts.
You can purchase or renew your membership as you register for camp. Camp tuition discounts will be automatically deducted at checkout. Memberships must be valid through August to apply.
NEW Refund, Cancellation, and Session Change PolicyOur 2021 refund policy provides risk-free selection of all your desired camp weeks during the first three months of registration. We ask you to commit fully by April 15 so that we can free up spots for other campers in the event that your summer plans change.
Please note that Membership fees are not refundable at any time.
Refunds are not given for participant dismissal, failure to attend, absence, or sick days that are not COVID related. Pro-rated refunds will be issued for days that camp is not able to open due to COVID-19 regulations. If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund.
Half Day & Extra CareDue to the current COVID health measures, we are not able to offer half day sessions, early drop off, or after care at this time.
Waiver & ReleaseYou will be asked to sign a Trustees Camps Waiver & Release while registering your camper/s. Please preview the document available at left before proceeding to registration and reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Payments & DeadlinesPayment is due in full at time of registration. For those seeking a payment plan, please contact the camp office directly to discuss options. All camp forms are due by June 1 and are required for camp attendance.
License and AccreditationAppleton Farm Camp complies with all regulations required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the Ipswich Board of Health. Parents have the right to request and review the following policies: background check, health care, discipline policies and grievance procedures.
