Welcome the season with Bloom & Breathe Yoga, a calming evening designed to help you unwind, restore, and reconnect. Through gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and nourishing practices, this class invites you to soften the body, quiet the mind, and release built-up tension.

Held in a supportive and welcoming environment, you’ll be guided to slow down and embrace a sense of ease as we transition into the energy of spring. Join experienced practitioners Mandy Lubas and Kristen Harte of Holistic Therapies 4Life for this restorative experience that nurtures both body and mind.
