About Snowshoe Rentals at Crane Beach

Rent snowshoes for a hike in the dunes at Crane Beach! Purchase your ticket in advance for this half-day rental, pick up gear at the Crane Beach gate and sign a liability waiver, and return your gear when you leave the beach.

8AM-12PM time slot: pick up snow shoes after 8AM and please return them by 12Noon.

12PM-4PM time slot: pick up after 12Noon and please return by 4PM.

Limited sizes & quantities are available. Please consult this size information below to determine your recommended size, and share your size with the gate attendant when you arrive.

Sizes & Quantities Available:

XS (16″): under 50lbs (1 pair available)

S (19″): 50-120lbs (3 pairs available)

M (25″): 120-200lbs (4 pairs available)

L (30″): 200-250lbs (6 pairs available)

Please note this rental does not include admission to Crane Beach, and beach admission must be purchased separately.

If you need to change your reservation, contact the Trustees property 24 hours prior to the start of reservation to receive a full refund or to be rebooked into a future reservation. Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 24 hours before the rental date for any reason. There are no refunds for no shows or late arrivals.
