Join us for a Winter Workshop Series at the Dudley Greenhouse!
How do you combat skin dryness and protect the body from seasonal elements?
Join Cosmotologist and Herbalist Ebriel Rai for a hands-on introduction to a few gentle, accessible herbs that many people can find in their own gardens or while foraging—such as rose, calendula, chickweed, nettles, and chamomile. Rai will walk attendees through the skin-supportive benefits of each and how they can be used to ease dryness and irritation.
We’ll also explore daily practices that help protect the skin’s moisture barrier—like understanding the acid mantle and how small shifts in routine make a big difference. Rai will be sharing a favorite winter skin secret as well: clove-infused water, a simple and accessible preparation that is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal. It can be refrigerated, used as a mouth rinse, and incorporated into a winter wellness routine with ease.
