Boston’s critically acclaimed Comfort Kitchen team will share the Powisset Kitchen for one night only to bring diverse communities together and celebrate the power of storytelling through food. Featuring a menu that showcases Powisset-grown and locally sourced ingredients, this special event will offer an unforgettable farm-to-table dining experience. Comfort Kitchen’s congenial cuisine will nourish both body and soul, accompanied by a curated selection of craft cocktails and wines. Guests will gather at communal tables in Powisset Farm’s historic gray barn for a cozy, delicious evening.

In just under three years, Comfort Kitchen has taken Boston’s culinary scene by storm, bringing the spirits of collaboration, cross-cultural understanding, and community building to every aspect of their black-owned, immigrant-owned, and woman-owned restaurant. Their celebrated menu infuses their core beliefs and values into food focused on the flavors of the African diaspora, connected from Asia to the Americas, transforming them into innovative and spectacular global comfort food.
Pre-registration is required. Seating is limited for this highly anticipated event. A ticket includes parking, refreshment table, hors d’oeuvres, three-course dinner, and wine with dinner. Please note, this event is 21+.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact powissetfarm@thetrustees.org 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. As a general policy, The Trustees does not issue refunds for weather-shortened programs, in keeping with our standard approach to outdoor programs and the unpredictability of New England weather.
