
Ready for a cozy night in? Join us for an intimate hands-on cooking class in the Powisset Farm Kitchen, where you’ll learn to create a delicious and romantic three-course meal using fresh ingredients from the farm.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Thi, you’ll make a Kale Salad with Lemon Parmesan to start. Next, you’ll make Beef Bolognese with Root Vegetables and Fresh Pasta. Lastly, you’ll make Sticky Toffee Pudding served with Homemade Ice Cream for dessert.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 8 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact powissetfarm@thetrustees.org 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. As a general policy, The Trustees does not issue refunds for weather-shortened programs, in keeping with our standard approach to outdoor programs and the unpredictability of New England weather.
