About Asian Noodles from Scratch – Adult Cooking Class
If you love Asian noodles this class is for you!
In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, you’ll learn centuries old and time-tested techniques for making fresh Asian rice noodles and hand-pulled Asian wheat noodles. Once the noodles are ready, you’ll make Pad See Ew, a Thai crispy rice noodle and vegetable stir fry as well as delicious warm Chili Garlic Hand-pulled Noodles.

- Delicious samples to enjoy on-site or to take home with you.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
