About End of Summer Culinary Sensations – Adult Cooking Class
Join us in the field and the kitchen for this unique cooking class experience!
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll join Chef Thi in the Powisset Farm vegetable fields to collect a late summer bounty which may include tomatoes, peppers, lemongrass, and herbs., You’ll then move into the kitchen to create dishes packed with late summer flavor. The menu starts with Roasted Vegetable Crostini, and continues with Lemongrass Stir-fry with a Field Vegetable Medley, followed byPasta with Summer Pasta with Marinated Fresh Tomatoes and Brie.
This will be a harvest to remember!
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
