The Sharon Community Garden is located within Moose Hill Farm and offers community members the opportunity to grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers in an active agricultural landscape. The garden builds on the long agricultural history of this special place and provides residents with a place to grow food while participating in the stewardship of a working farm.
Administration
The garden is administered by the Town of Sharon Recreation Department under lease with The Trustees. The Town manages registration, assigns plots, communicates with gardeners, and oversees compliance with garden policies.

Open to assigned gardeners only, daily during the growing season, sunrise to sunset.
Garden Practices
The garden follows organic management standards. Synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, biosolids compost, and Second-Generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides are not permitted. Only OMRI-listed fertilizers and pest control products may be used.
Visiting the Garden
Visitors are welcome to observe the garden from outside the enclosing deer fence, which protects crops. Access to the garden and harvesting are limited to assigned gardeners only. Please respect individual plots and surrounding fields and trails within Moose Hill Farm.
