In honor of August being wellness month, join us for a forest therapy walk. A Forest Therapy Walk is a guided, sensory‑rich experience that invites you to slow down, reconnect, and remember your place within the natural world. Through gentle prompts, quiet reflection, and unhurried time on the land, participants are supported in cultivating presence, ease, and inner spaciousness. Rooted in the principles of Shinrin‑Yoku, which translates to Forest Bathing, this practice nurtures emotional balance, reduces stress, and deepens your relationship with nature in a way that feels accessible and deeply restorative. Walk will be lead by Stacey Caplinger.
Stacey Caplinger is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and founder of Homegrown Healing, LLC, in Scituate, MA, specializing in nature‑based wellness programs that support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and meaningful connection with the natural world. She is also a Reiki Master and offers energy‑based healing services that promote nervous system balance, restoration, and holistic well‑being.
