About Burn and Flow Yoga

Join Yoga Lee for a 60-minute class that merges functional strengthening and a creatively-sequenced vinyasa yoga flow– the best of both worlds! First up, a short warm-up that will prime all the muscles and joints needed to fuel your workout. Then, we dive into a progressive strength-building sequence using your own body weight and resistance bands (provided for you!). You can expect endurance-based functional exercises that get you moving through all ranges of motion. After that, we finish with a vinyasa flow that starts off with high energy and takes you down to a state of total relaxation.

Please arrive on time for class as the front gates will be closed shortly after the class begins. The gates will be open 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class. If you arrive before the gates are open, wait at the gates for your instructor to greet you.

*Pre-registration required, inclement weather will cancel. In case of weather cancellation we will send an email out on the day of with an opportunity to reschedule or refund.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancel a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact us 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
