About Chalk-a-Palooza!

Get into the summer spirit at Fruitlands Museum with our first-ever Chalk-a-Palooza! Families can purchase a square of pavement to design their own seasonally inspired masterpiece. Each registration includes one box of sidewalk chalk to use during the event (and take home after). Additional boxes of chalk will be available for purchase at $5 each.

Show off your creativity with flowers, butterflies, and bumblebees or whatever inspires you – the three best summer-themed creations will each win a festive gift bag and your very own pollinator plant to bring home.

Enjoy the summer sunshine, stunning Fruitlands views, and the chance to make your mark on this historic landscape in a playful new way.

For those looking to extend their day, our Museum buildings are open until 4PM, and admission may be purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Fruitlands Museum 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
