About Art of Presence: Father's Day Family Yoga

Bring the whole family together for Art of Presence: Family Yoga at deCordova, a playful and engaging yoga experience set within the deCordova Sculpture Park. Surrounded by art and nature, families will move, stretch, and breathe together in a fun and welcoming environment.

These interactive sessions encourage creativity, mindfulness, and connection—blending movement with storytelling, imaginative play, and the inspiring sculptures around us. Just as art invites curiosity and exploration, yoga helps children and adults alike find balance and joy in the moment. Join us for a family-friendly yoga experience where movement, art, and nature come together in a space designed for all ages to explore and enjoy.

Your instructor comes from the teaching team at On The Mat Yoga. Yoga will take place outdoors in the Sculpture Park, weather permitting, and will move indoors in the event of inclement weather.

For ages 3-12 with a caregiver. Please bring a water bottle and a mat.

deCordova’s programs are designed to welcome a wide range of ages and abilities. Please contact mnelson@thetrustees.org to discuss adaptations to benefit anyone in your group.

Cancellation Policy:  In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please reach out 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers may not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
