Financial Assistance & Payment Plan Information

Our Commitment

The Trustees is committed to providing quality outdoor day camp experiences for as many youth as possible, regardless of financial circumstances.

Payment Plans

  • Payment plans over several months are available to ease the expense of camp tuition, which is otherwise required upon registration.
  • You need not complete a Financial Assistance application to request a payment plan.
  • Before you register: Contact your respective camp office to arrange for a payment plan or other payment option.

Third-Party Tuition Support

  • We work with foundations and youth organizations that subsidize camp tuition for eligible campers. Please have your contacts reach out to your respective camp office to arrange for third-party payment.

Financial Assistance

  • Spots are reserved for eligible Financial Assistance applicants at each of our seven Trustees-run camps.
  • Full and partial scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis as funds allow beginning February 1.
  • Assistance may be limited to one week per camper to provide opportunities for as many campers as possible.
  • If you are seeking tuition assistance for multiple campers, complete a separate application for each camper.
  • If you do not receive financial assistance, a payment plan will be offered to you.

Financial Assistance Schedule

  • Financial Assistance applications are available for everyone starting on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 12PM.
  • Although spots are held for eligible campers, please apply as early as possible, as assistance is awarded on a rolling basis until funds are expended. Applications received after May 1 may not be reviewed if spots are not available.
  • You can expect a response to your application within four weeks.

Financial Assistance Application Process

  1. Review camp locations, descriptions, ages, and schedules.
  2. Transportation is not currently available. Please check driving times and schedules carefully, as each camp requires drop-off and pick-up Monday through Friday.
  3. Starting January 8, 2026 at 12PM (EST), click on the “Register” button on the page of the camp to which you would like to apply.
  4. Once in the CampBrain portal, complete Household and Camper information.
  5. FOR EACH CAMPER applying for assistance, select Financial Assistance.
  6. DO NOT SELECT camp weeks in the sections below, as this will apply charges to your account and prevent you from submitting the Financial Assistance application without payment.
  7. If you notice that all camp sessions are waitlisting, have no fear; Spots are held at each camp for Financial Assistance applicants.
  8. Click “Continue” then complete the Application Form FOR EACH CAMPER.
  9. Click “Continue,” review information, then click “Submit.”
  10. You will receive an email confirmation when your application is submitted. Please note that you will not be registered for any camp weeks until the camp has reached out to you with a Financial Assistance determination.
  11. Please add the sender’s address to your Safe Senders list in your email system to ensure that you receive future communications.

NOTE: If you register for specific weeks and have already paid for your campers, this will factor into the assessment of your need for Financial Assistance.
