About Barnyard Story Hour at Powisset Farm

The Powisset Farm Barnyard is full again with sheep, goats, chickens, and pigs! Join all of our animals for our Story Hours.

Spend your morning at Powisset Farm and experience an exciting way to foster a love of reading and animals. Explore the barnyard and meet our barnyard friends while gathering around for farm and nature stories.

Story Hour is recommended for ages 1-5. Infants in carriers are welcome at no additional cost. Adult supervision is required; this is not a drop-off program.

Pre-registration is required for this program. Infants in carriers are free.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact powissetfarm@thetrustees.org 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
