About Splendid Strawberries – Adult Cooking Class
Join special guest Chef Clarisse Maugis in the Powisset Farm Kitchen as you learn to make an elegant Charlotte aux Fraises with fresh strawberries grown right here at Powisset Farm!

This is an adults-only course. If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 8 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
