About Wildlife Trackers: A Nature Observation Program for Kids

Join us for Wildlife Trackers, a hands-on program where kids can learn how to observe the natural world and take home a badge to show what they discovered.

This program is part of the City Nature Challenge, a global effort to document plants and wildlife in our communities. We’ll gather outside the East Boston Branch Library and explore how to notice wildlife using simple tools like binoculars, magnifying glasses, and observation materials.

Participants will have time to look closely, ask questions, and share what they find. Anyone can be a nature observer—no prior experience needed.
