Join us on the final day of the City Nature Challenge for a community walk along the Neponset Greenway.
This multi-use path connects Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, and Milton, creating a rich corridor for observing plants, wildlife, and seasonal changes. We’ll begin with a guided walk and a short introduction to the history of the greenway, then spend time making observations in small groups. We’ll come back together at the end to share what we noticed and reflect as a group.
Whether you’re new to nature observation or already enjoy spending time outdoors, this program is designed to be welcoming and easy to join—no prior experience needed.
