Embark on a transformative journey to reconnect with your inner self and the elements of nature. Our “Crane Wellness Elemental Retreat Series” is a sanctuary for nurturing your nervous system, improving your well-being, and enjoying being immersed in the outdoors with the 2,100 acres of the beautiful Crane Estate. Each event (3 total) includes yoga, breathwork, intention setting, and hiking. The third event of the series is a FULL-DAY EVENT and will be spent on the water kayaking with some hiking on Choate Island. We’ll explore historical built landscapes, sweeping views of Castle Neck and the Great Marsh, and quiet woodland trails for ultimate relaxation benefits.
These retreats are not just about physical activity; they are about connecting with nature, listening to your body, and nurturing your mind. It’s an opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in a nurturing environment that promotes relaxation and self-care.
