About Julian Judson & Dean Garden Land Re-Opening

JJD (Julian, Judson & Dean) Community Garden, located at 48 Judson Street in Dorchester, has existed for over 30 years, providing neighborhood residents with 36 garden plots to grow fresh produce and supplement food budgets, as well as much needed access to greenspace. Last year, the garden was partially closed due to a significant soil remediation and infastructure development project. The garden is back and better than ever, and its time to celebrate! Join us for music, food, and speakers on the history of the garden and the importance of soil health in our urban garden spaces.
