About Mindfulness Walk at World's End

Take a break from the stresses of everyday life and join a guided Mindfulness Walk at World’s End. This lovely property is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the outdoors and be present in the moment.

Mindfulness is a type of meditation that focuses on being present, taking in anything you’re sensing or feeling, and calming the mind. Mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. Practicing mindfulness can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and pain, while promoting positive thoughts and improved mental health, sleep, and mood.

This 1.5 – 2 hour walk will take us around the first World’s End drumlin, with stops to appreciate the beautiful views of the coast. We will enjoy a guided visualization at the halfway point. This is an easy to moderate walk along wide paths with slight inclines and unevenness at sections.

Pre-registration is required for this event. Parking is included with your registration. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified via the email address you used to register and refunded in full within 14 business days. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We love our furry friends, however, dogs are not permitted in this program.
