This Women’s History Month, join us for a month-long, farm-grown celebration of one of history’s most iconic female chefs, Julia Child, and her cuisine.
If there’s anyone who can spice up a salad and make it exciting, it’s the French! In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, you’ll learn to make a trio of spectacular salads, including La Salade Parisienne with Comté, Country Ham & Shallot Vinaigrette, Seared Tuna Nicoise Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette, and Salade of Chicory, Pear & Fromage Blanc with Lemon Vinaigrette.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
