Join us for a festive celebration of the desserts of the season!
Across every culture and country when holidays are celebrated, you can be sure it will include good company, great food, and desserts! This hands-on class with Chef Thi will provide you with time-saving delicious dessert ideas to share with family and friends. You’ll make three gorgeous desserts using prepared puff pastry as the base. On the menu: Apple/Pear Palmiers, Classic Napoleans with Pastry Cream and Chocolate, and Pasteis de Nata (Portuguese Carmelized Custard Tarts).

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
