Pickling and Preserving at Greenwood

August is peak harvest season and the perfect time to preserve your extra produce. We will have a hands-on demonstration of how to make fermented pickles, and talk about the process of canning to preserve your harvest to last through the winter. Take a jar of pickles home to enjoy!
