About Spring Farm-to-Table Lunch at Powisset Farm

Step into the late spring season at Powisset Farm for an elevated pop-up lunch experience crafted by Chef Thi. Set within the farm’s teaching kitchen, this intimate gathering celebrates the spring season using Powisset-grown ingredients and comforting flavors served communally, encouraging connection and leisurely enjoyment.

Lunch Menu:

Table Snacks

  • Beet Pickled Deviled Eggs, Spring Chive
  • Asparagus Tartlets

The Main Dishes

  • Green Gnocchi
    • Sweet Pea, Spring Onions and Parmesan cheese
  • Spiced Roasted Carrot Salad
    • Arugula, Maple Tahini Dressing
  • Roasted Herb Chicken
    • Lemon pan Sauce

Sweet Ending

  • Lemon Olive Oil Cake
    • Fresh Whipped Cream

This is an adults-only event. If you would like to bring an adult beverage, please feel free.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
