Dive into the art of dumpling-making in this hands-on class featuring a variety of fillings, flavors, and cooking techniques. Chef Thi will show you how to make tender chicken dumplings nestled in a fragrant seasonal vegetable wonton soup, infused with a zesty lemon-turmeric broth. You’ll master the delicate folding and pan-searing of vegetable and tempeh potstickers, packed with savory, plant-based flavor. Finally, you’ll shape classic shrimp and pork siu mai dumplings and learn techniques that give them their iconic texture and presentation.
Throughout the class, you’ll explore how to balance flavors, textures, and seasonal ingredients, gaining confidence to create beautiful, flavorful dumplings at home.

To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
