Step into the mystery of the natural world and deepen your relationship with those who we share the land. This two-hour immersive experience introduces the foundational skills of wildlife tracking—learning to identify track and sign, interpret animal clues, and cultivate a mindful presence in nature.
Through guided exploration and reflective practice, we’ll awaken our sensory awareness and begin to read the stories etched into the landscape by the more-than-human world. Tracking invites us into a deeper understanding of interconnection, reciprocity, and the subtle rhythms of wildlife.
Participants should dress in warm, layered clothing. Tracking is a slow and contemplative process; much of our time will be spent standing, observing, and in discussion. Snowshoes or traction spikes will be provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure.
Join Ami Jean Aubin—experienced tracker, naturalist, and mindful outdoor guide—for a journey into the art of attention, curiosity, and kinship with the wild.
This event is for adults and children ages 8 and up.
