
Join us at Powisset Farm for this herbaceous cooking class that will leave you cheesing all day long! In this hands-on class, you’ll join Chef Thi Bowles in our kitchen to make goat and ricotta cheeses using our farmstore’s goat milk and fresh herbs gathered on the farm. Using the fresh herbs you’ve gathered, you’ll make Goat Cheese Fried with spicy Sage Honey, Sautéed Farm Peppers, and Lemony Ricotta Pasta with Fresh Farm Greens.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
