
Spring has sprung in the Powisset Kitchen! Join us all month long as we leap into spring with cooking classes focused on the season and using local seasonal vegetables and what is growing in our greenhouses here at the farm.
In this hands-on class, our own Chef Thi will introduce ways to add even more freshness to your handmade fresh pasta, incorporating farm-grown vegetables into two delightful recipes: Spring Greens Gnudi Dumplings with Browned Butter and Mustard, and Lemony Spring Vegetable Pappardelle. Pasta fresca perfectta!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
