About Morning Yoga in the Gardens

Start your day surrounded by beauty of the gardens and fresh summer air with Morning Yoga in the Gardens at Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens. This gentle, all-levels yoga session invites you to move, stretch, and breathe among blooming flowers, historic landscapes, and the peaceful sounds of nature.

Led by an experienced instructor from The Yoga Loft, each class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find a sense of calm—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time. As the gardens come to life with seasonal color, you’ll experience a unique connection to the natural world that enhances both body and mind.

Can’t make the Morning session? Check out our Evening Yoga in the Garden series happening every other Friday at Stevens-Coolidge.

Bring your own mat, water, and comfortable clothing. After class, take time to explore the gardens and enjoy the beauty of the morning at your own pace. Reconnect, recharge, and welcome the day in one of the North Shore’s most inspiring outdoor settings.

Space is limited—pre-registration is required for this event. This program is rain or shine! In the event of cancellation, you will be notified via the email address you used to register and refunded in full within 14 business days. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
