Welcome to The Trustees! As part of our commitment to creating inclusive spaces of belonging for everyone we have created a series of mandatory trainings for all employees focusing on 1) understanding implicit bias, 2) noticing and combating microaggressions, and 3) the steps you can take to create a more inclusive work environment.

These three training modules should take a total of 1 hour to complete. You will be compensated for your time viewing these interactive videos and their supplementary documentation.
