About Rick Church: Native American Author

Join Mohican author and Tribal Elder Rick Church as he shares how his writing offers a deeper, more authentic view of Native identity in today’s world while confronting and correcting Hollywood myths about the “Mohican warrior.” A former combat Marine and law enforcement officer with over 26 years of service, Rick brings a unique perspective shaped by a lifetime of dedication, duty, and cultural pride.

This workshop will be held outdoors, inclement weather will cancel. Limited chairs will be available, please feel free to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets. The program is free, but pre-registration is required as space is limited.
