
Spend a delightful day at Powisset farm harvesting and cooking with our own strawberries. Begin your experience with a stroll to the strawberry fields, where you can pick the strawberries straight from the patch. Learn fun facts about strawberry cultivation and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine as you escape into nature.
After Harvesting, head to the kitchen classroom for a cooking demonstration. Guided by our own Chef Thi, you’ll transform our freshly picked strawberries into delicious dishes to sample, featuring:
-Strawberry and Garlic Fermented Honey Salsa
-Strawberry Ice cream topped with a Toasted Mint Peanut Coconut “Gremolata”
-Strawberry Mixed Green Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Fennel pollen
You’ll learn new culinary techniques, enjoy the fruits of your labor, and leave with some inspirational recipes.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
