There’s nothing better for warming up on a cold winter night than a bowl of hot and hearty stew. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, you’ll learn to make three filling and fulfilling stews, perfect for any winter’s day or night. We’ll fill our bowls with Hearty Spiced Lentil Stew with Yogurt Drizzle, Winter Vegetable Stew with Parmesan Croutons, and Creamy Chicken Stew with Herb Dumplings.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
