Join us as we end our farm-grown, month-long culinary journey through Asia with a feast in honor of Lunar New Year!
Lunar New Year is celebrated in much of Asia and around the world, to mark the arrival of spring and the beginning of the new year. In this hands-on class, couples will learn together from Chef Thi as we make a classic lunar new year feast! On the menu: Fried Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls, Stir-Fried Longevity Noodles with Seasonal Vegetables, Fried Sticky Rice, Roasted Five-Spice Chicken, and Egg Tart.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
