In this popular hands-on, outdoor cooking class series, Chef Thi will teach you the essentials of making farm-to-hearth pizza using Powisset’s outdoor wood-fired brick oven. You’ll make your own dough (and take some home) and prepare farm fresh toppings before your creation goes into the brick oven. All this, while enjoying a cold beer (or wine) and the farm’s beautiful relaxing scenery. Classes fill up quick so gather your crew and register today

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
